Prophecy: Buhari Must Cleanse Aso Rock Else He'll Die in Office -Prophet Tibetan

Prophet Marcus Korede Tibetan of the Celestial Church of Christ, Elijah Parish, Lagos has issued another set of prophecies concerning Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari and Ayo Fayose.

According to ENCOMIUM, for Nigeria the prophet said, ''the Lord said there’s going to be change. He said we should congratulate Nigerians for taking the strong decision to liberate themselves from bad leadership. The Lord said Nigerians should welcome the spirit of change as it is taking place not just only in the political arena but across all families and up to the kitchens in various homes. God said He is the One that brought this change and all Nigerians must embrace it and be in the spirit of WAI (War Against Indiscipline)''.

Speaking to Buhari, he said, ''if General Buhari want to run his term successfully and does not want the fate of late President Umar Yar’Adua to befall him, he must make a complete and total cleansing of Aso Rock Villa before he moves in. Between now and when he would be sworn in, General Buhari must not step into Aso Rock Villa for any meeting either in the day or in the night. And after he is sworn in on May 29, he must ensure that America, Britain and Germany help him snoop around the entire Aso Rock vicinity to detect anything that might have been planted in there for him. An entirely new security measure should be put in place to ensure the total security and safety of the new landlord. Until then, the General could run his own “White House” from anywhere but Aso Rock''.

On Fayose, the prophet said, ''The Lord does not do mistake with his words, Ayo Fayose has just nine months to stay on that seat after which he will be going to jail. I don’t really have much to say on this. I have told you what the Lord will do on December 20 when I was launching my prediction book in Nigeria. Ayo Fayose will not see the end of 2015 as Ekiti State Governor''.

Chibok girls: Anxiety as army rescues 293 women

Chibok girls: Anxiety as army rescues 293 women

A wave of excitement swept through the land last night when the military announced that they had rescued 200 girls and 93 women from the Sambisa Forest. The huge widely uncultivated forest  is believed to be the last major stronghold of Boko Haram in Borno State.

The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) broke the news in three quick tweets on its tweeter handle.

The excitement was sparked by the feeling that the Chibok girls could be among the freed.

The DHQ said: “Troops this afternoon rescued 200 girls & 93 women from Sambisa Forest. We cannot confirm if the #ChibokGirls are in this group.

“Troops captured and destroyed 3 terrorists’ camps, including the notorious Tokumbere camp in the Sambisa Forest operation.

“The freed persons are now being screened and profiled; details later.”

The rescue of the girls and women raised the hope that they might be the 219 pupils of the Chibok Girls Secondary School, Borno State, whose kidnapping 379 days ago attracted worldwide outrage.

But the hope was dashed as the army, in a statement, said those rescued were not the Chibok girls.

Director of Defence Information Maj-Gen. Chris Olukolade said: “I can only confirm the rescue this afternoon of 200 girls and 93 women in different camps in the forest.

“We are yet to determine their origin as all the freed persons are now being screened and profiled. Please don’t misquote me on their origin. We will provide more details later.”

A top military source gave an insight into the operation that led to the rescue. He said: “This operation was mainly carried out by Nigerian troops; none of the multinational forces was involved.

“Those liberated from Sambisa Forest have been moved to a military camp established as a transit camp. Many of them are receiving medication as I am talking to you.

“One obvious thing we have discovered so far is that many of them had been traumatised and psychologically disturbed. We are already interacting with them.

Another source said: “Many Boko Haram members were killed in the encounters between troops and the insurgents in Sambisa Forest before the 293 women could be set free. We will release figures and appropriate photographs after preliminary mop up operation.

“Most of the Boko Haram commanders are also on the run but we will get them wherever they go.

“The operation in Sambisa Forest is ongoing because intelligence report indicated that there could be up to 50 camps in the area.”

PRNigeria, a military information strategist, said: “At least three major terrorists camps have been destroyed in the well-coordinated attacks that include the destruction of the notorious Tokumbere camp in the Sambisa Forest.”

A senior military source said: “The Chibok girls are not among rescued hostages. Those rescued are persons recently kidnapped from Damboa and Gwoza. They were all rescued in one of the four camps inside the Sambisa Forest.

The Military is hopeful that more hostages will be rescued alive from the remaining three camps.”

The army’s statement, signed by the acting Director Army Public Relations, Col. Sani Kukasheka Usman, said: “This is to inform you that our gallant troops have been making progress in the desired aim of ridding the nation of terrorists and their sanctuaries.

“It is heartwarming to inform you that today; troops continued the offensive and cleared four key terrorists’ camps in Sambisa forest, Borno State.

“So far, they have destroyed and cleared Sassa, Tokumbere & two other camps in the general area of Alafa, all within the Sambisa forest.

“The troops rescued 200 abducted girls (not Chibok girls) and 93 women. They are at present being processed.

“Similarly, a number of equipment and weapons have been captured. We will send further details and photographs soon.”

Before the army’s statement, former Minister of Education Dr. Oby Ezekwesili, one of the leaders of the BringBackOur Girls campaigners, in a tweet said:

“We rejoice for news of rescue of several of our female citizens from Sambisa Forest by our Military, according to DefenceInfoNG.”

She also told our correspondent: “Our hearts are palpitating and we can’t wait to see if the rescued ladies are actually our girls. We are waiting to hear from the military but the number is so close.”

The Australian, Andrew Chan used the opportunity to get married to his girlfriend of a long time.

Andrew Chan, 31, married his Indonesian girlfriend Febyanti Herewila in a ceremony on Nusakambangan Island, home to several high-security prisons.

Michael Chan, the convict’s brother, urged the country’s president to show compassion to the newlyweds.

Micheal said:“He could be put to death by firing squad as soon as Tuesday, along with seven other foreign drug convicts, after authorities at the weekend gave then formal notice of their executions” the brother said.

“We’ve had a special day today. We’ve celebrated with some family and close friends.

“Hopefully the president will show some compassion, some mercy, so these two young people can carry on with their lives. It’s in the president’s hands,” he added.

A Filipina woman was sparred from being executed at the last-minute.

Mary Jane Fiesta Veloso was left out after the person who recruited her as a drug courier surrendered to police, the Jakarta Post reports.

Indonesia has some of the toughest drug laws in the world and ended a four-year moratorium on executions in 2013.

Obiageli Ezekwesili Accuses Army Of Human Rights Violations In War Against Boko Haram

Co founder of the #BringBackOurGirls campaign and former Nigerian Minister of Education told Al Jazeera that the Nigerian military are guilty of human rights abuses in their fight against the violent group Boko Haram in the north of the country.

The former World Bank vice president for Africa, told Al Jazeera’s Head to Head “It clearly does have instances where human rights violations have happened” .

Oby told host Mehdi Hasan and an audience at the Oxford Union that one year over 200 schoolgirls were kidnapped in Chibok, northern Nigeria, by Boko Haram, the #BringBackOurGirls campaign was not a failure. “No, I wouldn’t say that we have failed. I would say that we have not been able to move the elephant.”

Oby blamed the President Goodluck Jonathan administration for the failure to secure the freedom of the kidnapped girls and said it was still possible to defeat Boko Haram.

Oby said that Nigeria has a political class problem but she refused to put her former boss and mentor President Olusegun Obasanjo, who ruled between 1999 and 2007 on blast.

She however said that OBJ was “aware of the elements of corruption, and it was his responsibility to tackle” them, but denied that he was corrupt during his administration.

She said: “Of course it [the government] was [corrupt]! [But] There was no way it could have been more corrupt than the government of Abacha”.

Oby said that they failed to fully tackle corruption during OBJ’s term and denied being a window dressing for a corrupt regime.
She insisted that she was not a politician despite holding two ministerial positions in the Nigerian government, being an advisor to presidents and holding high office at the World Bank.

Ezekwesili and Hasan talked about the widespread poverty, inequality and corruption as the reason why Boko Haram insurgency began, and debated whether World Bank policies have helped or hurt Africa’s development.

Oby Ezekwesili is known in Nigeria as “Madam Due Process” due to her fierce anti-corruption drive.

Oby founded Transparency International in 1996 and was an advisor to former President Olusegun Obasanjo, and served in two of his cabinets as Minister of Education and Minister of Solid Minerals between 2003 and 2007.

She became a the vice president of the World Bank for Africa, where she stayed until 2012.

Hausa Community Says Fayose Not Oppressing It

Hausa Community Says Fayose Not Oppressing It

The Ekiti state Hausa community has rejected ever accusing governor Ayodele Fayose of supposedly clamping down on them and crippling their businesses in the state for not voting for the incumbent President Goodluck Jonathan during the March 28 presidential election.

In a comment issued by its leader, Alhaji Musa Kanga, they said barring of selective display of goods, mainly on highways, by the government should not be linked to politics.
The community distanced itself from the rumour, saying it was targeted at making friction between the government and the Arewa people who have co-existed in a mutual manner since Fayose came on board last year.

The body was responded to the rumour hovering around that the barring of products from being exhibited on Fajuyi- Adebayo-Opopogbooro road, a place dominated by Hausa traders by the state government, was a campaign against Hausa people for voting Major Gen Muhammadu Buhari during the election.

The Hausa community said: “Anybody, irrespective of tribe or State of origin contravening environmental law should be sanctioned according to the law.

“That the government decided to act to prevent violation of the law, such should not be linked to politics or be perceived to translate to a clampdown on Hausas for not voting President Jonathan during the presidential poll.

“Election has come and gone and the governor must be allowed peace of mind to govern the State properly.”

Peter Ayodele Fayose was the PDP flag bearer in the 2014 Governorship election in Ekiti state slated for June 21, 2014. He won the election and has been declared by the electoral commission as the new governor.

APC lawmakers at the Ekiti state House of Assembly have served Fayose an impeachment notice, and have given him 7 days to react. This would make him the first Nigerian governor to be impeached twice in office.
